The truth and only the truth

- POOR and BAD LEADERSHIP (dormant, lazy, wait-and-see, and ineffective)
- LACK OF CHARISMA in the  LEADERSHIP (The ability to bridge and rally people is absent)

The lagging in the revolution - The weaknesses - Projection and Action

1. Slow and ineffective leadership in diplomacy (Bad and poor image promotion)
2. IT and the digital absence - The performance is very mediocre.
3. Lack of a credible and activated team (dormant and ineffective)
4. The leadership is not exemplary. (embezzlement,mismanagement and inactivity)
5. The promotional is absent in the activities. (Bad and poor marketing capacities)
6. Bad and poor communication capacities.(Bad and poor referencing)

The handicap of the Ambazonian revolution lies in the hands of the current leadership which tends to be hibernating. Propaganda staging behind a lagging leadership is a needless tool for the actual.

When person talk say, he no go manifest because of cold, i ask myself if the people way dem di sleep for forest, for outside in the open air dem no di suffer. Very weird. Even if na only one person go out, it is very good. The people way dem day outside, dem di call demselves leaders, na very sleepy wait and see people with the love of vanity titling.

 Constant pressure, constant multitasking activities and future projections expressing the deep wish of Ambazonians for FREEDOM is absent. To move forward by being dormant is a probable chimera.

The lack of constant and determined manifestations to express the deep wish for the FREEDOM of AMBAZONIA is a real weakness for the struggle. How can we move on with the absence of that strong will of a people who are hungry for LIBERTY ? How serious are we in reality ? How attractive do we think we can be for a possible gain of a larger support.

The spirit of envy unfortunately dwells in many AMBAZONIANS (Are they really Ambazonians ?)

Vision is essential for a leader. Ideology is born from the essence of leadership and vision. Vision gives an insight for the necessity of a battle. Education and discipline are the key factors. A modern revolution without a good leader and a prepared structure is bound to loop. What are the components ?  The composition ? Who is ready to take care of this or that sector of competence ?
